Surgical Technician

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic and neuro surgical procedures
- Strong understanding of surgical protocols and sterile techniques
- BLS Certification (NBSTA required)
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with GWI Surgery GMCL procedures
- Prior experience with high-volume surgical environments
- Familiarity with advanced surgical instruments and technology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred
- Relevant training or certifications in orthopedic and neuro surgery
- Minimum of 2 years of specialized surgical tech experience
Other Requirements
- Valid BLS certification (NBSTA)
- Willingness to work full shifts (0830 AM to 9 PM)
- Ability to start on July 15, 2024
- No local candidates within 50 miles, local transportation arrangements required
- Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification reimbursements available when applicable
