Job Description

Surgical Technician position available in Mason City, Iowa. This is a 15-week assignment with a day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The position offers a $52/hour rate, requires 1 year of experience, and has 1 opening. No on-call is required. Weekly guaranteed hours

Job Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments before procedures.
Assist surgeons and other surgical team members during operations.
Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection-control protocols.
Handle and pass surgical instruments and supplies as needed.
Monitor and maintain surgical equipment.
Ensure proper handling and counting of instruments and supplies.
Follow hospital safety protocols and operating room procedures.
