Surgical Technologist - Contract

Title: Surgical Technologist
Location: Mission Hills, CA 91345
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Duration: 13+ weeks
Shift: Day shift, 3×12 hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)

Position Requirements

• 5 years of experience preferred; minimum 2 years required.

• Candidates with 2–4 years of experience may be considered.

• Certifications: BLS and NBSTSA or NCCT required.

• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend shift every 4 weeks.

• On-Call: Not required.

• Floating: Not required.

• Local Candidates: Accepted.

• RTO: Must be noted at the time of submission.

• Travel Experience: Not required.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in a variety of surgical specialties, including:

• General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery and Vascular Surgery.

• Gynecology, Urology, ENT and Ophthalmology.

• Plastics, Podiatry, Bariatrics and Thoracic Surgery.

• Robotic Surgery, including Da Vinci Xi.

• General OR and Trauma experience preferred.

Additional Skills: Aseptic technique, laser safety, radiation safety, sharps safety, specimen handling, universal protocol, and surgical instrumentation.
