A leading healthcare organization in Southwestern New Mexico is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join its operating room team.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity
• $15,000 recruitment compensation
• Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
• Work in a fast-paced operating room environment
• Support a variety of surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields
• Assist with surgical instrumentation, equipment and room readiness
• Opportunity to work with an experienced surgical team

What We're Looking For

• Surgical Technologist training or experience
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA) certification
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation & sterile technique
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety
• Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
• 1+ year of Surgical Tech experience preferred
