Surgical Technologist Needed

Full-Time | Sioux Falls, South Dakota

An established specialty clinic is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the surgical team before, during, and after procedures. This position requires strong operating room experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, sterile surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures
• Perform scrub and circulating duties during a variety of procedures
• Maintain sterile technique, infection prevention, and patient confidentiality
• Assist with room turnover and operating room readiness
• Support specimen handling, quality control, and equipment maintenance
• Train and mentor newly assigned surgical staff
• Participate in an on-call, weekend, and holiday rotation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program required
• Operating room experience preferred (2+ years strongly preferred)
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 10-hour shifts (6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
On-call, weekend, and holiday rotation required.
