SURVEILLANCE SHIFT MANAGER

Implements approved procedures, trains, schedules, and evaluates all surveillance personnel. Reviews all daily activity reports and prepares shift reports for the Director.

• Related work experience.

• Minimum of three (3) years of Surveillance experience in a high volume casino/hotel complex environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

• Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.

• Any applicant who has a family member that is an employee of Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino or a relationship with an employee of Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino must disclose this relationship immediately.
