Survey CAD Technician

Requirements

• 2+ years of surveying drafting or design experience

• Strong hands-on AutoCAD Civil 3D experience for survey drafting and plan development

• Experience working with coordinate geometry (COGO) and survey field data

• Experience preparing boundary, topographic, and ALTA Land Title Surveys

• Strong understanding of field surveying procedures with the ability to interpret and translate field-collected data into accurate drawings

• Associate degree in Surveying or comparable practical experience

Plusses

• Experience preparing legal descriptions, easements, and dedications

• Construction stakeout calculation experience

• Working toward Professional Surveyor (PS) licensure

• Active Professional Surveyor (PS) license
