Survey Project Manager, PLS

Our client, a well-respected municipal engineering consulting firm in the Chicago suburbs, is seeking a licensed Survey Project Manager. This is an excellent long-term succession opportunity for a surveyor ready to lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manage boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys
• Review and seal survey deliverables
• Lead and schedule survey crews and technicians
• Manage project budgets and client relationships
• Support engineering teams on municipal infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Illinois
• 10+ years of land surveying experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Trimble Business Center
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Municipal survey experience preferred
