Astra Surveying is a land surveying service working throughout Florida specializing mostly in construction. We are currently looking to fill a Surveyor position in the Tampa area.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Stakeout support at survey construction sites.Prepare and analyze data using mapping and construction plans.Perform manual labor related to surveying needs, such as cutting brush for lines, carrying stakes, and/or pins and right of way markers delineate features of all phase's construction project.Maintain survey equipment (Survey grade GPS, robotic stations, Trimble equipment).Gather and maintain as-built information.Stock survey vehicles with proper amount of supplies.Function as part of a survey team, willing to follow detailed instructions.Qualifications:Applicants must have high school diploma.Self-motivated.
