What You'll Do

• Prepare and beautifully present, sushi, oysters and seafood towers with precision and care
• Shuck oyster, cut fish and prepare rice and sauces
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
