We're looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our tight-knit team at The Joint Sushi & Tapas. We pride ourselves on using very high-quality ingredients, sourcing all of our fish from International Marine Products, one of the top seafood distributors in Los Angeles.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a sushi chef
  
  
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper handling, prep, and storage
  
  
• Team player with a positive, respectful attitude
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
  
  
• Ability to handle volume while maintaining quality and presentation
  
  
• Must have reliable transportation
  
  
• Open availability preferred (days, nights, weekends)
