Sushi Chef

We are seeking a Sushi Chef to join our team!  You will thrive in this fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing side and sushi items for our guests following portioning and recipes
• Primarily works in front of guests while preparing foods at the sushi bar
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of sushi chef experience required
• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus!
