Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 Annually
Location: In-person (first 6–12 months while training)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), with occasional evenings and weekends

About the Role
As an Outreach Coordinator , you’ll be the face of our community engagement efforts, leading education and outreach programs focused on waste reduction and recycling. You’ll work with businesses, schools, multi-family residences, and at community events to promote sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and deliver outreach programs on recycling, food waste, and waste reduction.
+ Engage with local businesses, schools, and residents to promote sustainable practices.
+ Represent the company at community events and public forums.
+ Create educational materials and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
+ Track and report outreach metrics and program effectiveness.
What You Bring
+ Passion for environmental sustainability and local recycling initiatives.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience speaking to both large and small groups.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
+ Organized, flexible, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
+ At least 5 years of experience in sustainability, specifically in the waste industry.
