PositionsOverview:We are looking for proactive, driven, and innovative interns to join our 2026Summer Internship Program at Suzano’s Pine Bluff plant in Arkansas. As we face unique challenges at this facility, we are seeking individuals who can bring fresh perspectives, help solve complexproblems, andcontribute to ongoing improvements in various departments. Key Responsibilities:
Assistin the development and implementation of operational strategies.
Contribute to projects and initiatives.
Perform administrative or technicaltasks asassigned
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various tasks and initiatives.
Adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities.
Key Requirements:
Educational Background:
Currentlypursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college.
Preferred: Expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
Mustmaintainactive enrollment in the degree program after completing the internship.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of tools like Power BI and Excel is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Interestin working on process improvement projects and operational efficiency.
Ability to work with paper-based processes and contribute to digitization efforts.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Attributes:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail anda high levelof organization.
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
Duration & Location: The program will last12 weeks, beginning in the summer. The position is based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
