Job Description
Financial Additions is assisting a growing financial institution in the search for a Commercial Relationship Manager in Parker County. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven banking professional who enjoys business development, client interaction, and structuring commercial lending solutions for middle market and small business clients. What You Will Do
Develop and manage commercial banking relationships within the local market.
Originate, structure, and service a variety of commercial and real estate loans.
Analyze financial information and evaluate creditworthiness to structure sound lending solutions.
Partner with clients to understand their banking and financing needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, community involvement, and relationship development.
Manage an existing portfolio while continuing to grow deposits, loans, and overall client relationships.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely processing, underwriting, and servicing of loans.
Maintain compliance with bank policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Represent the organization professionally within the community and at networking and business events.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of commercial banking and lending experience.
Experience with commercial real estate and C&I lending preferred.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements and structure commercial credit solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
