Swim Instructor

$250 SIGN-ON BONUS!!

This position is responsible for assisting in the overall education and organization of our Swim Lessons Program. The main focus for our instructors is to educate new swimmers how to be water safe and develop the necessary skills to excel in the water.

Position Responsibilities:

Good leadership

Have a strong and self-motivated work ethic are critical to succeed in this role

The ability to work well with people

The ability to teach, motivate, instill loyalty and trust, and to insure a positive working environment

It is also necessary to be able to effectively enforce policies and procedures

All swim levels welcome

Training is provided

Part/Full time positions available

Flexible hours

Pay range:Starting at $18.57-$21 per hour, DOE

Reports to: Director of Swim Lessons
