Job Title: Swim Instructor FLSA Status: Part Time Reports to: Aquatic Director Revision Date: 1/8/19 POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for teaching participants skills to enhance their swimming abilities following the YMCA of the USA Swim Lesson program while ensuring the safety of students at all times.
