Position Summary<\/b>
<\/p>
We are seeking a skilled and detail -oriented Swiss CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Swiss -style CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience producing precision components, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining high -quality standards in a fast -paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
<\/li> - Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
<\/li> - Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes
<\/li> - Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
<\/li> - Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
<\/li> - Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments
<\/li> - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
<\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>- 2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC machines
<\/li> - Strong understanding of CNC programming; G -code knowledge preferred
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
<\/li> - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Preferred Skills<\/b>
<\/p>- Experience with multi -axis Swiss machines (Citizen, Tsugami)
<\/li> - Experience machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and aluminum
<\/li> - Familiarity with high -precision, tight -tolerance manufacturing environments
<\/li> - Programming experience is a plus
