    Position Summary<\/b>
    <\/p>

    We are seeking a skilled and detail -oriented Swiss CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Swiss -style CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience producing precision components, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining high -quality standards in a fast -paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
      <\/li>
    • Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
      <\/li>
    • Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes
      <\/li>
    • Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
      <\/li>
    • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
      <\/li>
    • Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments
      <\/li>
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Qualifications<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • 2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC machines
        <\/li>
      • Strong understanding of CNC programming; G -code knowledge preferred
        <\/li>
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
        <\/li>
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
        <\/li><\/ul>


        <\/p>

        Preferred Skills<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Experience with multi -axis Swiss machines (Citizen, Tsugami)
          <\/li>
        • Experience machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and aluminum
          <\/li>
        • Familiarity with high -precision, tight -tolerance manufacturing environments
          <\/li>
        • Programming experience is a plus
