Syracuse - Construction Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and address challenges or changes as they arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• Experience managing construction projects in the Property industry.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and negotiation processes.
