Syracuse Multifamily Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Coordinate daily tasks and schedules with subcontractors and team members to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all site personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address and resolve any construction challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and materials to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:
