System Administrator

 
Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for a System Administrator for our client in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• User support tickets (no after hours support required)
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders for small enhancements.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, Lightning Experience Sites, Approval Processes, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
• Additional support that contributes to the key outcomes of the Regulatory Affairs team.
• Sandbox environment management.
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
• Monitor user adoption. User training and creating training materials.
• Additional support that contributes to the key outcomes of the Salesforce Solutions team.

 
Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject ma er experts to solution business needs and resolve issues.
• Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
• 2+ years' experience administrating Salesforce/force.com products including Service Cloud
• Experience with Marke ng Cloud and/or Call Center a plus.
• Experience Managing product on updates/releases.
• Understanding of relational databases and data integra on tools
• Experience with Jira a plus.
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
• Ability to priori ze workstreams simultaneously and deliver results for a fast-paced program.
• Excellent organization and ability to analyze requirements and document effectively.
• IT systems that will be used: Jira, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud/Call Center
