DAYS: FRIDAY - MONDAY, 6am-4pm, Training M-F, 6am- 2pm
Group: Helpdesk
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries.
Log and track support requests using help desk ticketing system.
Diangnose and resolve basic technical ussues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Provide step by step guidance to users for troubleshooting common problems.
Escalate complex issues to 2nd-level support or specialized teams.
provide guidance to less experienced colleagues, mentoring new hires and trainees.
Instll confiture and update software on user devices.
Assist with password resets, account lockouts, and access issues.
Support basic printer, scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting.
Help maintain inventory of IT assets.
Document and repost solutions and procedures for recurring issues for leadership review.
Maintain and repot accurate records/tickets for users containing all needed information and troubleshooting steps taken.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone when dealing with users and co-workers.
Communicate technical information clearly and to non-technical users.
Document and reply, provide updates on ticket status and possible resolutions.
Acitvely participate in team environment, assisting co-workers when needed.
Ensure adherence e to all IT and departmental policies and procedures.
Report potential security issues or breaches to appropriate teams or team leaders.
This position is mission essential and may include work on holidays when required.

Requirements:
HS or GED And 10 yrs OR
Bachelor's and 5
IAT I Certification
Must be a US Citizen.
Approximate Salary Range: $86,800- $98,200
A variety of factors impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
