    What You’ll Do & Bring

    As a Systems Administrator I, you'll help keep MyCHN’s technology infrastructure running smoothly, supporting staff with the tools and systems they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
    • Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
    • Maintain email services and user access
    • Document, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
    • Install, update, and maintain software applications
    • Manage antivirus protection and system updates
    • Support IT asset tracking and inventory management
    • Assist with ongoing technology initiatives and projects

    What You Bring:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Experience working in a professional or organizational environment
    • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic network support
    • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and system maintenance
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with help desk ticketing systems or a willingness to learn

    Preferred:

    • A+ or Network+ Certification
    • Healthcare industry experience
    • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
