Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35hr - $40hr
Requirement/Must Have: - 5+ years of experience in a system administration role.
- Experience with Windows Server and performing server administration tasks.
- Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
- Ability to map network drives.
- Experience installing and configuring software.
- Experience administering IIS, including managing SSL certificates and website setup.
- Experience identifying and resolving security-related IIS issues.
- Release management experience, including the ability to create CHGS and Tasks.
- Availability for deployments at 9:00 PM PST as scheduled.
- Claims processing experience and testing experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office products, general internet usage, and PC operation.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL database experience.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools such as ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, and KPOM.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows Server administration tasks.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Administer IIS environments and manage SSL certificates.
- Resolve security-related IIS issues.
- Manage releases by creating necessary change requests and tasks.
- Support scheduled deployments during late hours.
- Write clear technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently on assigned tasks.
