System Advisor - Sales Rep

THE BASICS

Pay: You earn a base pay of $500/week, plus 8% commission on sold and completed work.

Schedule: You generally work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility depending on client needs.

YOUR ROLE

As a System Advisor - Sales Rep, every day brings something new and different! You're on the front lines, assessing clients' plumbing needs, generating estimates, and creating proposals. You speak with clients over the phone and visit their homes to conduct drain camera work. Once you have an idea of what each client needs, you explain the products or services that would be best for them. Using layman's terms, you make sure our clients understand the importance of partnering with us.

After they approve a project, you follow up with the field crew to make sure all the work is completed thoroughly and accurately. Your ultimate goal is to find new leads, develop lasting relationships, and bring new revenue sources to our company!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of residential plumbing sales experience with a successful track record
• Ability to stay up to date with plumbing codes, products, and services
• Financial knowledge and ability to assess job profitability
• Computer proficiency and ability to use MS Office and ServiceTitan
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass DOT physical and earn a Class E driver's license
