The Systems Analyst manages assigned applications, servers and workstations through their lifecycle - requirements, testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and decommissioning. This role provides day-to-day technical support, coordinates with business stakeholders and vendors, contributes to project delivery and testing, and maintains operational documentation and runbooks.
