As the System Analyst, you are responsible for the on-going evaluation, analysis, design, and maintenance of Hawaii Pacific Healths human resources information systems. In this role, you will develop collaborative relationships with HR user groups and other divisional departments to conduct continuing reviews of operations to identify new needs and the software products to fulfill them. You will support the operational needs of the division and make alterations to existing programs in accordance with HPH standards for change management. In this role, you will develop report writing tools and extract data from HR systems for routine and ad hoc audits, operational, compliance, and regulatory needs. You will also develop interfaces between systems as necessary. Additionally, you will serve as project manager for HRIS implementations, upgrades and projects as assigned. You will also participate in general HR, payroll, and compensation projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in MIS, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Two (2) years of HR experience as an HR Generalist. Demonstrated experience in the evaluation, analysis, design/modification, use, and maintenance of information systems. Demonstrated experience conducting needs assessments and developing operational and systems-based solutions. Extensive experience utilizing a variety of reporting tools to extract data and prepare ad hoc reports that are moderate to difficult in scope. Demonstrated experience developing and documenting procedures.
Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years of HR experience as an HR Generalist. Project management experience. Specific HRIS related experience related to Kronos and Infor (previously known as Lawson) Talent Management and Payroll. Advanced knowledge and mastery of MS Access and Excel. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Experience with AI workflow.
