Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) is looking for a Systems Development Engineer, focusing on Salesforce and AWS Development to join the team. This role will be responsible for identifying internal and external solutions to business requirements, designing and setting up complex integrations into our existing Salesforce architecture and workflows using AWS services, and driving seamless connectivity across tools. A Salesforce and AWS Developer will design and develop enterprise solutions across Salesforce, Marketo, Data Cloud, Salesforce HVS, and managed AWS services, establishing efficient, scalable integrations that align with Amazon Shipping Business Development needs.

Key job responsibilities

  • Architect, design and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Sales, Marketing, and operations teams in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders within/external the ASCS organization.
  • Work closely with product/program managers to define the problem and provide solution using Salesforce and native AWS services to automate, optimize, Sales and Marketing workflows.
  • Simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve Sales experiences.
  • Collaborate with tech leaders and jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to ASCS commercial teams.
  • Define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and AWS environments, bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools and services.
  • Develop Solutions: Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, and other 3rd party applications.
