Systems Administrator - Plano, TX - Contract - $21-31 Per HR
Description
Join a dynamic environment in Plano, TX on a contract basis. As a Systems Administrator, you will manage and optimize the Learning Management System, support inventory management, and contribute to instructional design. This role requires proficiency in generic office software and learning management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring optimal performance and user management.
- Develop and analyze reports to monitor compliance and improve business performance.
- Create and maintain learning content, including eLearning modules and guides.
- Develop and disseminate professional communications for various organizational levels.
- Manage device inventory, including reconciliations and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning Management System administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a contact center environment.
- Advanced proficiency in generic office software, especially spreadsheets and presentations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
