Senior Systems Administrator - Data Center Services | End User Computing (EUC)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven, independent thinker with excellent customer service skills to join our Data Center Services team. This individual will help manage our fleet of end-user computing devices, including virtual desktops, physical desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/MECM/SCCM), Windows operating systems, and automation for virtual and physical desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement Microsoft Intune features, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.

• Implement security policies and operating system configurations through Microsoft Intune.

• Document and manage system baselines and compliance policies.

• Package and deploy applications in a hybrid Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and Intune environment.

• Oversee and validate vulnerability remediation efforts.

• Monitor and validate application baseline adherence.

• Collaborate with support teams to communicate system changes and updates.

• Support and maintain Windows operating systems and associated applications.

• Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365.

• Assist with the administration and management of virtual desktops within a VMware Horizon environment.

• Support and maintain applications in an Instant Clone environment.

• Assist with laptop administration, configuration, and management.

• Communicate major operational changes to employees and end users.

• Manage, track, and attest to end-user computing inventory.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with relevant professional experience.

• Relevant industry certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and managing Microsoft Intune.

• 10+ years of experience using SCCM, MECM, or MCM for Windows endpoint management.

• 10+ years of experience managing Windows-based systems in a corporate environment.

• 5+ years of experience using PowerShell scripting for automation and customization.

• 5+ years of experience installing and deploying Windows operating systems using imaging technologies.

• 5+ years of experience managing Windows environments through Group Policy and Microsoft Intune policies.

• 5+ years of experience managing Windows operating systems within virtual infrastructure environments.

• 5+ years of experience administering virtual desktop infrastructure using VMware Horizon.

• 5+ years of experience using scripting languages to automate routine processes.

• 5+ years of experience creating system design and technical documentation.

• Direct customer service experience providing end-user technical support.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
