Job Description

This role’s day‑to‑day centers on managing and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, performing system maintenance, and resolving production issues across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and other functional areas. They spend much of their time configuring HCM functionality, developing OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI reports, and optimizing processes using Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Value Sets, and Flows. Their work also includes auditing HR data, collaborating with HR partners to define requirements, identifying process improvements, and staying current on new Oracle Cloud HCM features. Throughout the day, they document changes, create training materials, support end‑user adoption, and ensure the overall integrity, reliability, and efficiency of the HCM platform.

Job Responsibilities

Senior individual contributor responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Oracle Cloud HCM platform.

Oversee system rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing support.

Part of a team of seven.

Support, troubleshoot, and continuously improve Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.

Lead configuration updates, process improvements, and new feature adoption.

Must be strong communicators, comfortable engaging management and employees at all levels.

Acts as the primary Oracle Cloud HCM owner without direct reports.

High emphasis on communication style, collaboration, and alignment with organizational culture.

Qualifications

Direct Oracle Cloud HCM experience is required, including 5-7 years configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and multiple modules, including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI).
Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Asana preferred.
