Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Systems & Requirements Management Engineer for an advanced nuclear energy company, ideal for someone with experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and configuration control looking to further their career in nuclear energy.

•      Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, guides, and templates

•      Build requirements management processes and tools; develop, manage, and verify plant, system, and component requirements

•      Support verification and validation (V&V), design control, and configuration management

•      Coordinate with external design partners to ensure consistent engineering practices

•      Assess requirement quality and drive process improvements

Essential Qualifications

•      Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of systems and integrated product design experience

•      Experience applying configuration management principles through engineering processes and tools

•      Process improvement experience (Six Sigma, LEAN, TQM)

Bonus Qualifications

•      Requirements management, systems engineering, and V&V experience

•      Experience with quality standards such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
