Job Summary
The Systems Analyst/Programmer Application Specialist supports, maintains, and enhances Human Capital Management (HCM) applications with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll systems. This role analyzes business requirements, develops system solutions, performs application support and troubleshooting, creates SQL-based reports, maintains data integrity, and collaborates with business and IT teams to improve system performance and business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Payroll and Core HR modules.
Analyze business and user requirements and develop system solutions.
Design, develop, implement, and support software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues.
Perform application enhancements and system optimization.
Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HCM and Payroll data.
Support production job streams and application processes.
Provide application design, programming, and technical support.
Deliver user training and recommend system improvements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments on system enhancements.
Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system operations.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Core HR modules.
Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes.
Strong SQL programming and reporting skills.
Experience with application support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
