Overview
We are seeking a Systems & Data Analyst to support and enhance critical business applications, data reporting, and operational systems across a growing organization. This role combines application support, data analysis, reporting, and system administration responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise business systems, working with databases and reporting tools, troubleshooting application issues, and partnering with internal stakeholders to improve processes and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for business applications and operational systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system-related issues.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, queries, and dashboards to support business operations.
- Work with SQL databases to extract, analyze, and validate business data.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Support software upgrades, testing, and system implementations.
- Maintain data integrity and assist with data governance initiatives.
- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Provide end-user support and training for internal applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Systems Support, Data Analysis, Application Support, or related fields.
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries and generating reports.
- Experience supporting business-critical software applications.
- Knowledge of database concepts, data management, and reporting methodologies.
- Experience troubleshooting software, data, and user access issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating documentation and supporting end users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Yardi, Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or similar property management platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
- Exposure to workflow automation tools and business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
- Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools.
