Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

Education/Experience:• A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering• experience.• OR• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an• accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.• OR• A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an• accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.• OR• A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college• or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills:- Deep understanding of SAFe principles, practices, and competencies at the• Solution Train level- Expert knowledge of Agile Release Train operations and coordination- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevSecOps practices- Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream concepts- Knowledge of system requirements management, interface control and• configuration management- Experience with requirements traceability, verification, and validation approaches- Proficiency with configuration management and version control systems- Experience with collaboration tools supporting distributed teams (MS Teams,• Confluence, SharePoint)- Ability to create technical diagrams and visualizations- Familiarity with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)- Exceptional facilitation skills for large, diverse audiences across multiple• organizations- Proven servant leadership mindset with demonstrated coaching ability- Ability to lead without authority and influence across organizational boundaries- Experience facilitating consensus-building and conflict resolution in complex• environments- Capability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent activities and• stakeholder groups- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive• audiences.
