Preferred Skills
- Experience developing/managing program baselines.
- Leadership roles in system architecture or lead systems engineering.
- System architecture design for complex aerospace vehicles or subsystems using MBSE.
- Familiarity with engineering analyses: affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, system security.
- Knowledge of systems engineering processes such as RIO and TPM management.
Benefits
- Join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team at the cutting edge of aerospace innovation.
- Advance your career in a high-security, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for technical and leadership development.
- Access to state-of-the-art digital engineering tools and infrastructure.
