Job Duties
Crown is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Advanced Energy Group's charging system development efforts. This role provides engineering expertise in how charging systems operate over a wide spectrum of applications and environments to advance the usability, reliability, efficiency and productivity of electrified material handling equipment fleets. Conceive, develop and evaluate system architecture concepts, system functional and performance requirements, electrical and digital communication interfaces, software controls, and models to estimate installed charging network capabilities. This role will also define and execute charging system test programs and data analysis workflows. This position plays a central role in defining how charging systems are specified, validated, and integrated into Crown products.
