Systems Engineer III- VI (FTE)

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Systems Engineer for an advanced nuclear technology company, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in hardware systems engineering and full lifecycle V&V looking to further their career in nuclear and advanced energy.

• Lead requirements development, decomposition, and management, plus functional and logical architecture
• Manage interfaces, design integration, change control, and system verification and validation
• Build system models using MBSE tools within PLM frameworks; document design decisions
• Identify technical risks and mitigations; mentor engineers and collaborate across disciplines

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware systems engineering (7+ lead, 10+ senior levels) with complete V lifecycle experience, concept through test and integration
• Regulated-industry experience; nuclear preferred, aerospace, manufacturing, or automotive considered
• Bachelors degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering (ABET)

Bonus Qualifications

• MBSE tools: Cameo, Capella, Genesys, SysML, DOORS, Teamcenter PLM
• Masters degree in Engineering
• ISO 15288 systems lifecycle knowledge
