Systems Engineer - Rocket Propulsion

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the development of advanced rocket propulsion systems. This role focuses on requirements development, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system-level analysis, and technical risk management throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Development & Management: Develop, allocate, document, and maintain system, subsystem, and component requirements for rocket propulsion systems using MBSE tools and requirements databases.
2. Verification & Compliance: Coordinate requirements verification plans, manage specification changes, and support compliance assessments and certification activities.
3. Functional Analysis: Conduct functional analyses, support system architecture development, and coordinate technical trade studies to evaluate design alternatives.
4. Risk Management: Identify and assess technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track risk resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges, coordinate project activities, and communicate progress.
6. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to engineers and technicians as needed, supporting project planning, scheduling, and successful execution.
