We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Requirements & Verification to support the FBM Missile Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Team. This team is working on a new classified development program for the Trident II ballistic missile (commonly known as the D5LE and D5LE2 missile) where we will oversee early requirement development, design, verification, and implementation. We work with program management, co-contractors, internal/external stakeholders, and our customer to deliver mission critical needs for the FBM system.

In this role you will:

• Develop/analyze/verify system level requirements and document & manage accordingly.
• Coordinate with customer and other contractors to execute verification analyses and tests.
• Organize/coordinate domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation.
• Organize/coordinate system level technical reviews.
• Assist in managing R&V program schedule, tasking, and budget

The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Basic Qualifications

• Engineering Experience (One or more of the following: Requirements, Verification, Modeling, Verification Plans, Design Compliance)
• Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

• Engineering Bachelor's Degree
• Communication Skills (Coordination/Reporting with internal/external stakeholders)
• DOORS Experience
• Systems Modeling: SysML, modeling tools
• Familiar with RF subsystems (i.e antenna) and capable of assessing RF performance against system specifications
• Development program experience
• Systems Architecture
• Schedule/Budget management experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
