Job Description

Lead the management and coordination of Windows server patching across physical and virtual environments. Identify, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities using industry-leading tools and best practices. Administer and support MECM/SCCM application packaging, deployment, and testing processes. Develop and implement Active Directory Group Policies to strengthen server security and compliance. Monitor vulnerability reporting across Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware hosts, appliances, and virtual machines. Perform detailed analysis of security and operational data from Qualys and Splunk platforms. Collaborate with local and global IT teams on infrastructure, security, and remediation projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to vulnerability management and operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration. Strong expertise with MECM/SCCM, Qualys, and Splunk. Experience administering Linux environments, preferably RHEL. Hands-on knowledge of VMware infrastructure and virtualization technologies. Understanding of networking fundamentals, scripting/automation, and security remediation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Degree or equivalent professional experience. Certifications such as ITIL, MCITP, VCP, or Red Hat certifications are a plus. Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York. Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite.
