- Analyze business and operational requirements to design scalable technical solutions
- Oversee daily operations of network, server, backup, and voice systems
- Monitor IT support workflows and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Support and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Evaluate and recommend hardware/software solutions to improve performance and efficiency
- Supervise and mentor IT support staff, fostering professional development and collaboration
- Assist in budget planning and cost analysis for IT projects and departmental operations
- Serve as a liaison between IT and staff, translating technical concepts into practical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 5 to 8 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and document management systems (e.g., iManage)
- Experience with remote access technologies, mobile device management, and networked printers/copiers
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
