Location: Cayce, SC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

Job Description 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core
• Work with SQL databases for data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Support full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure system reliability
• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to deliver scalable solutions
• Support system modernization, upgrades, and legacy migrations
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
• Contribute to system integration, reporting, and data integrity initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with:
  • PrimeNG, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • ASP.NET Core and RESTful API development
  • SQL (database design, queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Technical documentation
• 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing across SDLC
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy standards, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NIST, HIPAA, CJIS security standards
• Experience in IT implementation projects
• Knowledge of Power BI or data reporting pipelines
• Familiarity with Azure or cloud technologies
• Experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms
