Job Title: Systems Support Intern

Location: West Des Moines, IA

Terms: 12 weeks, full-time, flexible 37.5 hours/week, in-office

Pay: $23/hour

What you'll do:

  • Help teams adopt new processes and improve day-to-day use of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Build or enhance workflows using tools like Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
  • Work directly with departments to review and restructure digital file systems in Microsoft tools like OneDrive.
  • Audit existing documents and identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, or clean-up.
  • Create templates, guides, and documentation for department-level use.
  • Collaborate with IT and end users to support process improvements and ensure a smooth transition.
