Job Title: Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Skies Health Care & Rehabilitation Center

Contract Length: 9 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Skies Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Take and record vital signs as needed
• Support mobility and transfer assistance
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:
• Active CNA Certification
• Current BLS Certification (preferred)
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
