We are currently hiring a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity with Bloomfield Nursing & Rehab (Genesis – West Region) in Bloomfield, New Mexico.

Start Date: August 24, 2026
Contract End Date: November 15, 2026
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay Rate: $45.50/hour
Job responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Requirements
Active LPN license
BLS certification
Previous LTC/SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred
Ability to work the assigned schedule and complete the full contract
