Principal Responsibilities
1. Participate in intake meeting with the TA Partner and Hiring Manager to understand needs and consult on sourcing, as needed, based on their request. 2. Develop and execute sourcing strategy. 3. Partner with functional leaders/TA Partners to ensure long-term strategic sourcing plans are aligned with established workforce plans. 4. Advise Hiring Managers on posting content and platforms, and work with TA Partners and service providers to post opportunities on internal and external sources. 5. Identify and obtain information about potential candidates to meet demand. 6. Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools and methodologies to source passive candidates. 7. Review resumes/applications for minimum and differentiating qualifications as part of the initial candidate pre-screening. 8. Monitor and document sourcing strategy effectiveness, in partnership with TA Partner and Hiring Manager. 9. Maintain and update the database of candidates. 10.Monitor and report on the quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis. 11. Evaluate candidate quality yields by source and manage future investments accordingly. 12. Team up with the TA Partners to represent Yale University at events and demonstrate enthusiastic engagement with potential applicants or candidates. 13. Establish and nurture relationships with agencies and hiring programs for targeted positions. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and four years of professional human resources experience or an equivalent education or experience in a related field.
