  • Works with the Table Games Manager to ensure that Dealers adhere to all Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures and Gaming Regulations.
  • Creates table assignments and break schedules for Dealers.
  • Controls playing cards, ensuring that they are securely stored and inventoried and inspected. Ensures that used cards are properly removed and disposed of according to company policy and Gaming Regulations. Document all aspects of card control.
  • Ensures the security of company assets and accountability for company funds.
  • Authorizes transactions within established guidelines and escalates transactions they cannot authorize to the Table Games Manager for review.
  • Informs the Table Games Manger and the Casino Shift Manager or above of significant Table Games action and provide information of players' activities and win/loss information.
  • Prepares and submits daily shift reports to the Table Games Manager detailing operational metrics, guest and employee issues, and compliance matters.
  • Communicates with the Casino Cage regarding patrons' activity and chip redemption activity as part of the Compliance program for Title 31/BSA.
  • Adheres to all established safety practices and standards. Ensure that all direct reports follow established safety practices and standards.
  • Performs the duties of a Dealer as needed.
  • Ensures that the Table Games area and related back-of-house areas are clean and orderly at all times.
  • Monitors patron activity for potential suspicious activity. Report potential suspicious activity to the Compliance Manager.
  • Ensures compliance with IGRA, Tribal-State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Tribal Gaming Regulations, FinCEN requirements and Warm Springs Casino Enterprises Internal Controls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Table Games Manager.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certificate of Completion for Blackjack training from an accredited training institution or a casino.
  • One (1) year of live dealing experience at a casino.
  • Knowledge of Blackjack and Poker, including variants, including rules and procedures and game protection.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and Tribal law pertaining to Tribal Gaming.
  • Skilled in computer programs for business usage, plus knowledge of Table Games statistical analysis.
  • Dealer certification.
  • Must have interpersonal skills to deal positively and effectively with guests, coworkers, vendors and regulators
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Will work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
