We are looking for seasoned Tableau Architect to work with our existing team of Data Scientists and Tableau Developers to develop Strategies and then deliver results. We are looking for a more than just a "Tableau Expert", but a technologist with excellent communication and customer service skills and a passion for data.
Contributions:
Demonstrated on-the-job experience as a big data architect/scientist
Demonstrated on-the-job experience manipulating structured and unstructured data for analysis
Demonstrated on-the-job experience constructing complex queries to analyze results using databases or in a data processing development environment
Demonstrated on-the-job experience aggregating results and/or compiling information for reporting from multiple datasets
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with software development
Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing and documenting custom algorithms in response to expanding requirements
Demonstrated experience working with software and data science teams to operationalize information
Demonstrated experience collaborating with staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels
Demonstrated experience translating product requirements into system solutions that take into account technical, schedule, cost, security, and policy constraints
Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment and leading agile projects
Demonstrated experience providing technical direction to project teams of developers and data scientists who build web-based dashboards and reports
Demonstrated experience working with data science tools technologies, particularly Python or SQL
Demonstrated experience with Solr, Elasticsearch, or similar tool
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a scientific or technical discipline
Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $145,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
