    Taco John’s Shift Manager
    $16/hour, depending on experience, plus great full-time benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and more.
     
    Location: 1750 S Main St., West Bend, WI 53095 
     
    Ready to lead a team, serve up smiles, and keep the Potato Ole's coming? Taco John’s is looking for a high-energy Shift Manager who can bring the fun, support the crew, and help guests leave happier than they arrived.
     
    Status: Full-time or part-time
    Shifts: Night Closer. Must be able to work some weekends.

    What You’ll Do
    • Set the tone for a positive, team-first shift where people work hard and have fun.
    • Lead, coach, and empower team members to deliver fast, friendly service and crave-worthy food.
    • Take ownership of shift execution so operations run smoothly from open to close.
    • Greet guests, take orders, and keep the restaurant and drive-thru experience upbeat and welcoming.
    • Complete accurate register transactions and help maintain strong cash-handling practices.
    • Prepare, store, and handle food ingredients safely and consistently.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready restaurant and dining environment.
